Appointments are available in Pagosa Springs, CO each day of the week upon request. We will travel for house or hotel calls or if you would prefer a quiet relaxing atmosphere, our office space would be great for you.
Elder and Hospice Care
San Juan Sports Massage provides care to patients in that are in nursing homes and hospice care. We realize how much massage can benefit people as they deal with a range of medical issues, or general pain and discomfort. Massage rates are discounted, as well as offered in shorter incrememnts of time, to accomodate all situations - in order to provide crucial wellness care to those who need it the most. Pricing
The rates indicated below are valid until August 31, 2008. A travel fee is charged for house calls.

Insurance
We are able to work with insurance clients. If applicable, please contact your insurance provider for information on your specific plan options. Most insurance companies require a referral from a physician.
Cancellations
A 12-hour notice of cancellation is required. It is understood that emergencies may arise, and will be handled accordingly. A complimentary 30 -minute session will be given if I fail to meet this; as well, 50% of payment is expected for “no shows.”
