Event Packages and Rates

Our goal is to help athletes exceed their performance goals, while keeping the massage effort organized and efficient - so that all participants have an opportunity to take advantage of the many benefits of massage.

Show your race participants how much you care - incorporate San Juan Sports Massage into your next event. The following Event Packages and Rates are a few of the ways your event can leverage San Juan Sports Massage:

Corporate Sponsored Massage for Racers

A corporate sponsor can cover the expense of having massage therapists available for racers during the event. Packages are negotiable based on sponsors, number of racers, etc.

Pre-paid sponsorship at $75 / hour

Includes onsite coordinator to handle scheduling, payment, and much, much more

Increases total donation received for event organizers

Sponsorships can be split by pre-event, during event and post-event

Great opportunity for sponsor to show participants how much they care!

Depending on sponsorship dollars raised, ideally racers can receive free massage; race supporters would pay per-minute rates (10% of proceeds would go to event cause)

Pay-per-Minute Event Massage

A pay-per-minute package puts the cost of the massage onto the recipient. Therefore, racers and other event supporters will be responsible for paying for their massage.

Rate is $20 first 15 minutes, $1 each additional minute (15 minute minimum)

Includes onsite coordinator to handle scheduling, payment, and much, much more

Allows racers and event supporters to receive massage at designated times, as agreed upon by event organizers and San Juan Sports Massage

Payment options include cash, check and credit card (Visa and Master Card)

Massage Event Management Services

San Juan Sports Massage provides event management expertise to help keep the massage-related aspects of the event organized and running smoothly.

Reduces competition amongst therapists, eliminating confusion for racers and also ensuring they are receiving the utmost care

Takes burdensome office work (scheduling, payment processing, etc) from therapists, allowing them to focus on massage

Caps massage rates for the event

Onsite coordinator handles scheduling, payment processing, set up and tear down, plus more

San Juan Sports Massage provides tents, registration table, detailed statistics and reports

Fee for services built in to hourly rates or assessed to therapists as a nominal charge; situations may vary by event
